    Come and join us for this men-only Sweat Lodge. Together, we will prepare and cover the lodge, place our prayers into the lodge rocks then sit in circle to share and drum.

    Taking time out from modern life, we will give ourselves the permission and space to remove the masks we sometimes wear, allowing ourselves space to nurture and heal.
