DESCRIPTION:A one-day workshop on the Gods and Goddesses of Britain\n \nA workshop with Rob Wilson of Woodspirit to explore how we may connection\, understanding and honour the old gods and goddess of Britain\, of this land. SUMMARY:Wild Heart Sound Journey 'Gongs in the Meadow'
DESCRIPTION:This is an opportunity for you to take some time out to relax and allow the healing sounds and vibrations of the gongs and various other sacred instruments to take you on a meditative journey through the elements and beyond\, where you can connect with your heart and the guidance of your soul. \nYou will experience the sounds of the drum\, flute\, singing bowls\, gongs\, frequency tubes\, crystal bowls\, voice\, nature sounds and chimes. \nThe vibrations from the sounds are deeply relaxing\, rebalancing and nurturing. They can ease a stressful mind\, open up the heart\, release tension and emotions and create the ideal conditions for self healing and wellbeing. \nPlease note this is an outdoor event so bring whatever you need to be comfortable – something to sit or lie on\, a pillow if desired and a snuggly blanket – plus some drinking water. Let me know if you need to borrow a mat or chair (limited amount available). We have event shelters if needed. \nPlease arrive at 1.15pm so that we can start at 1.30pm. Sweat and tears running into the earth\, hot burning heat\, a oneness\, the void that fills and captures every essence\, of every sense\, a journey into the world of all worlds\, present\, yet not present\, walking between the worlds that intertwine. Oh! to crawl out on all fours into the welcoming arms of rebirth embracing rebirth\, seeing all with real eyes\, at one with the realness\, releasing the scream from within that will release them\, the primal scream of the wild woman with sword and shield held high\, banishes all that does not serve her. DESCRIPTION:As we settle into the beautiful\, sacred space of Herons House\, our drums will call out across the land in gratitude for the growing strength of the sun and the beauty all around us.\n \nTogether\, we’ll journey with the drums through many worlds (yes\, there’s more than just three—lol!)\, following the adventure as it unfolds in the moment. Chants\, sounds\, laughter\, and healing energy will weave their magic throughout our time together.\n \nAll our events are led by experienced facilitators. Lynn has been holding drumming groups\, workshops\, drum birthing ceremonies\, and sacred Sweatlodges for over 25 years.\nSpare hand-held frame drums are available if you don’t have your own.\n \nPlease note: this is a hand-held frame drum circle.Children welcome by prior arrangement.No dogs\, except for assistance dogs.Donations are welcome.

DESCRIPTION:With over 25 years’ experience Lynn will take you on a magical journey of meeting a greeting an incredible new friend\, your very own drum. We only take three people a time so we can give the very best we can offer to make the day really special and more personal. \nOur workshops are held at Caer Corhrain Shamanic Center on the Isle Of Sheppey Kent a beautiful heart space full of vibrant energy and home to many who once visit is captured in its spell. \nYour very own drum is a special friend who will heal you\, take you on breath-taking journeys and share with you a connection and oneness with all. To birth your own drum is a truly rewarding experience; putting your love\, intent and energy into this powerful medicine tool will make a truly special drum for you indeed. \nOur drums are made in the traditional way using lacing cut from the same hide\, thus keeping the spirit of the animal within the drum. \nIn this full day workshop\, we will show you the full art of drum making from cutting both the hide and lacing\, in a day of ceremony\, honouring the spirits of the animal and the tree.
