Sink into soft, luxurious furs as golden light and healing sounds bathe your body and spirit. Allow the luminous tones of crystal bowls, tongue drums, tubular bells, and chimes to guide you into deep stillness—restoring balance and aligning you with the vibrant energy of the longest day of the year. This intimate Solstice sound journey is crafted to honour the sun, embrace abundance, and support deep inner reflection.

It includes background as to their historical and mythological origins, how they have been used previously and how they can be used today. In Cavens Deep The Old Gods Sleep But The Trees Still Know Their Names – with Rob Wilson (9th August 2025)

A workshop with Rob Wilson of Woodspirit to explore how we may connection, understanding and honour the old gods and goddess of Britain, of this land. While we may not have the structure of Greek, Norse, or Hindu pantheons, we can find clues in ancient Celtic literature, folklore and nature – the very land itself, if we allow ourselves to listen, to be open and to dream the old gods alive again.

Men’s Sweat Lodge & Circle hosted by John Thompson

Come and join us for this men-only Sweat Lodge. Together, we will prepare and cover the lodge, place our prayers into the lodge rocks then sit in circle to share and drum.

Taking time out from modern life, we will give ourselves the permission and space to remove the masks we sometimes wear, allowing ourselves space to nurture and heal.

Taking only a small group of four, we will cover all you need to know to teach this amazing craft. The course will be held over two weekends, starting at 1pm Friday each weekend and finishing on the Sunday evening at no fixed time due to the nature of the course.
