Come join me in the wonderfully warm and cosy sacred space of Heron’s House as we gather to honour Imbolc – the ancient festival of first light, sacred flame, and the stirring of new life beneath the soil. At this threshold of the year, we celebrate renewal, inspiration, and the quiet awakening of hope as winter slowly begins to loosen its grip.

Rest upon soft, beautiful furs as the healing sounds of crystal bowls, tongue drums, tubular bells, and chimes wash gently over you. Allow these soothing vibrations to nurture and awaken your inner landscape – supporting gentle release, clarity, and re-emergence as we attune to the growing light and the promise of the season ahead.

This intimate Imbolc Sound Bath is designed to support wellbeing, inspiration, and reflection, with time afterwards to share in circle should you wish.
